This position serves as a liaison among business partners and other stakeholders to effectively analyze, communicate, and validate functional and system requirements for changes to business processes and systems. The analyst collaborates with internal and external parties to recommend and implement solutions that will enable the business to achieve its goals. Collaborates and consults with internal client groups to understand complex business and user needs, and documents requirements. Meets with clients to gather and document effective business requirements. Maps and analyzes end-to-end business processes as part of overall documentation. Works with appropriate technical parties (internal IT or third-party resources) to translate business requirements into system-requirement specifications consistent with the needs of the business. Proactively makes recommendations on new solutions or enhancements based on assessment of business requirements in alignment with overall business and technology strategy. Supports implementation of new system solutions or of enhancements to existing systems with appropriate change management and minimal rework. Develops test plans, executes testing and quality-assurance activities, and documents results for supported systems. Identifies, researches, and resolves system issues proactively. Communicates and provides updates and recommendations to applicable business users. Works closely with client groups to effectively align and utilize full system capability to meet business objectives. Responsible for application and knowledge transfer to properly support team upon completion of project implementation phase. May train, mentor, and review the work of others.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering or foreign equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology in the field of SAP , including each of the following modules: Material Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Inventory Management (IM). This configuration experience must include the integration of various applications. Minimum 5 years (inclusive) of experience on activities for clients. Minimum of 5 years (inclusive) of experience in rMinimum of 5 years (inclusive) experience MM configuration with IM, Finance (FI), PM, and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.Minimum 5 years (inclusive) experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Central Component (ECC) 6.0, Enhancement Pack EHP5.
Minimum of 2 full implementation life cycles utilizing ASAP methodology of SAP MM and IM modules.
