Job Description


The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for managing the acquisition, supply and distribution of information from the Retail Maintenance Services (RMS) system and other supporting systems, making that information accessible to users, and to design, document, test and deploy new standard and custom reports.

The position will support coordination of servicing vendors or contractors, working on all types of store equipment, yard and drive, or building repairs. The job will interface between multiple internal and external resources to ensure site equipment is meeting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S), reliability, and efficiency standards. This position will facilitate data entry and system maintenance, document trends, and aid in the execution of recommendations.

Additionally, this position will provide assistance with document control in support of maintenance processes, and review submitted business needs and perform analysis and design on small to medium reporting projects. This position will be based in California and will also provide support to other field based personnel.

This position will be based out of our location @ 977 Grand Ave, Covina CA
