SUMMARY:

Supports Supervisor, Logistics Operations Support.  Provide general operations assistance for creating purchase requisitions, tracking project costs and reporting.  Work with vendors to insure payments, and return orders are accurately applied.  File, store and retrieve operations records.  Provide general overall operations support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Create, modify, and track internal orders.
  2. Create new vendor accounts in SAP. When required insure a MSA is in place with Vendor.
  3. Support area operations to create, modify, track and process purchase requisitions and invoices.
  4. Update forecast workbook by tracking project PO with budget and actual spend along with accruals.
  5. File, store and retrieve operations records.
  6. Support area operations with various accounting reports.
  7. Other duties assigned.
 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:  

  • Minimum High school diploma or GED required.  

 

EXPERIENCE:

  •  Minimum one year of related work experience required.

 

 

SPECIAL SKILLS:

·        Knowledge of financial, accounting, purchasing, budgeting and management practices.

·        Knowledge and experience of daily operations and maintenance.

·        Understanding of federal, state, and local code compliance and company policies and procedures.

·        Planning and organizational skills along with sound decision making.

·        Ability to analyze and interpret reports, documents, and statistical data.

·        Ability to work well with other individuals and groups.
