This role is foundational to the success and future deployment of the franchise food service offer and will be the main in market contact point between franchisees, the field team and support teams.  Responsible for the development of the strategic franchise food service offering, operational tools, aids, and programs to support franchisees ability to achieve consistent operational excellence. Also accountable for the escalation of noncompliance or consistent failure to meet food offer requirements to ampm Andeavor leadership team.


  • Designs process and programs for onsite coaching and development of franchisee teams in the execution of all new foodservice and beverage offers and products.
  • Develops operational tools, aids, and materials to support franchisees ability to achieve consistent operational excellence.
  • Leads formatted monthly audits of the Foodservice offer and provides scorings to Franchisee, FBC and Regional Sales Managers, developing corrective action plans, as needed.
  • Escalates issues of non-compliance or consistent failure to meet food offer requirements to Andeavor ampm operations leadership.
  • Trains store staff and franchisee on operation of equipment, food processes, food safety, merchandising routines and food preparation.
  • Visits stores frequently to ensure consistent, high quality execution of the foodservice offer.  Also, facilitates weekly Foodservice teleconferences to establish priorities and activities with Operations and Support teams.
  • Liaises regularly with Store Operations teams in field and local office in Long Beach.  Participates in the monthly Regional Operations Team meeting to report on progress issues and gains alignment to address specific store and process issues.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related experience.
  • 6 or more years of experience in operations within Multi-Unit Foodservice, QSR, Forecourt Retail or Convenience Retail is essential.


  • Experience in working in a company and franchise-operated model strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the principles of category management and offer development.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strongly proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
